Can you ship to my country?

If you are a resident of the United States, yes, we can. We also currently offer worldwide shipping.

Which shipping method you use for delivery the product?

We use Standard shipping method so that you can receive the product a fast as possible.

How much shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the number of products you ordered. We also provide free shipping on some products.

Can you ship PO BOXES, RURAL ROUTE & APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

We will use USPS service for PO Boxes, Rural Route and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How much expect the delivery time for receiving my product?

NOTE: Delivery time = Processing time + Transit / Shipping time

How I track my order?

When your product successfully shipped, you will get tracking information on your confirmation email. However, you can also check via this page - Order Tracking

Please allow to give 24 hours for the tracking information working properly.

I want to cancel my order. How I do it?

We will be able to cancel the order if the products don’t ship. Once it transits, we will not accept any cancellation requests.

I want to change my address. How I do it?

If you put mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case you have 12 hours. In this during, you need to contact us as fast as possible.

The item I received was damaged. What do I have to do?

If you find a damaged item, we ask you to calm down, all products that we have sent will be guaranteed if the error comes from us.

Warranty claim procedure:

  • Send us a chat via email to support@cleverny.com by attaching photo evidence of damaged or incorrectly sent items
  • We will check the evidence you have sent, (Response will be processed max 24 hours after the proof is sent)
  • After finishing checking the evidence, we will provide feedback notification of approval or rejection of your claim
  • We will respond by offering an offer to resend the goods or refund after receiving confirmation from you on our offer to resolve the problem

My order was lost or not delivered. What do I have to do?

Buyers will still get a guarantee if the package is lost or late in delivery. Our policy is valid for 40 days. If 40 days have passed since your purchase and you have not received your order, we will issue a 100% full refund.

What are the conditions for receiving a guarantee?

Our refunds and exchanges are only eligible for:

  • Defective and/or damaged prints and materials
  • Goods or packages are lost and late in delivery

Please note that we do not accept any warranty requests if:

  • The buyer made an error in ordering goods such as choosing the wrong type or model of goods, for that we ask you to re-check the order details before making payment
  • Errors in writing the shipping address, because it is very risky the goods will not reach their destination and even get lost in shipping. For that we ask you to write down the complete and correct address
